Sign up for an arrival time and choose your estimated number of cookies you want to decorate.
We need volunteers to help set up on Friday night before the event, volunteers for each station on Saturday, and volunteers to clean up after the event on Saturday.
How It Works
1. Love Sugar Cookies
Do you love decorating sugar cookies, but dislike the time it takes to do it all? Maybe you want to avoid mixing the dough, cutting the shapes, and cleaning up the mess afterwards? This event is perfect for you!
2. Register Online
Sign up here for an arrival time and choose your estimated number of cookies you want to decorate. Space is limited, so make sure to sign up early.
3. Pick up Cookies
Upon arrival you will be able to pick up the cookies in 12 different shapes. Decorate your cookies with white and colored frosting. Also we will have a wide assortment of pre-portioned decorating sprinkles.
4. Create Memories
Tables will be set up for you to sit with your family and friends while you decorate. Afterwards, you will leave with some great memories and beautiful cookies to take home.
If you are unable to stay and decorate during the event, we will have pre-boxed “To-Go Kits” available. The kits include 2 dozen cookies, and all the frosting and decorating sprinkles you will need. Sign up to reserve as many To-Go Kits as you would like!
(Optional) Be sure to stop by the Cookie Decorating Contest table to submit your decorated cookie entry for our contest! After the event, come on back to the website to vote on your favorite cookie creation.
Please note that this event is free to anyone who would like to come! While we do have a free-will donation box to offset the costs of the event, it is not required. We would like all families to participate regardless of income.
If you would like to “sponsor” some cookies for the general community, you may donate below. All donations beyond the cost of the event will be donated to the Wisconsibs organization.
